About your data
As a limited company we are required by law to keep certain records. Some of these records may contain your personal data, particularly if you are a residential customer.
In addition to the records we are required to keep about the running of our company, there are laws relating to financial record-keeping and tax and it is stated within those laws exactly how long records need to be kept. This may include both paper and electronic records.
What does this mean?
In most circumstances our records will be retained for a period of 7 years.
Our records may include personal data such as your name, address and information relating to the work you have contracted us to perform for you.
Under no circumstances will we send you marketing data or contact you without your expressed consent.
